On Thursday, 11 November 2021, in the afternoon at 15:10, in Vilniaus district municipality, Pūstalaukio village, on Česlovo Milošo street near No. 111, a Toyota Paseo hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
