On Thursday, 11 November 2021, in the evening at 19:34, in Kauno district municipality, on the Aukštutiniai Kaniūkai–Babtai–Labūnava–Kėdainiai regional road (kilometre 21.20), a Seat Altea XL rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.01‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
