On Friday, 3 December 2021, in the evening at 19:25, in Rietavo municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 254.90), a MAN TGA 18.460 registered in Belarus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the MAN (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
