On Friday, 3 December 2021, in the evening at 20:10, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 61.70), a Rover 75 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.96‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
