On Saturday, 25 December 2021, at night at around 3:00, in Šilutės district municipality, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 10, a Toyota Corolla ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Toyota (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (2.73‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
