On Thursday, 3 February 2022, in the evening at around 22:00, in Pakruojo district municipality, Rozalimo town, on Pievų street, at the junction with Šeduvos street, a Ford C-MAX hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 27-year-old pedestrian, who committed traffic rule violations that contributed to the accident. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
