Hit-and-run, unlicensed Peugeot driver runs off the road in Neveronių village
On Thursday, 10 March 2022, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kauno district municipality, Neveronių village, on Krašto street near No. 2A, a Peugeot 307 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
