On Monday, 23 May 2022, in the morning at 9:15, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 164.70), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the DAF (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
