On Friday, 2 September 2022, in the evening at 19:25, in Pagėgių municipality, Mikytų village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 142), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Juke, a trailer/semi-trailer 3.5–10 t and a John Deere 6320. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Nissan (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober.
