On Friday, 31 March 2023, in the afternoon at 15:05, in Kaunas, on 9-ojo Forto street, at the junction with Mosėdžio street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz and a Subaru Forester registered in Estonia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (15 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.62‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
