On Thursday, 20 April 2023, in the evening at around 20:00, in Vilnius, on Švyturio street near No. 19, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Xsara Picasso, an Audi A4 and a Volvo XC70. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. The 28-year-old driver of the Audi had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
