Volkswagen Passat driver flees after hitting a child on Laisvės Gynėjų square, Kelmė
On Wednesday, 24 May 2023, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kelmės district municipality, on Laisvės Gynėjų square near No. 1, a Volkswagen Passat hit a pedestrian and left the scene. One person was injured — a 11-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by a 11-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc..
