On Tuesday, 20 June 2023, in the evening at 17:50, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Paraseinys–Alėjai–Lioliai–Kelmė regional road (kilometre 5.65), a Suzuki GSX 750 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Suzuki (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.23‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. A 47-year-old passenger of the Suzuki was drunk (1.37‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
