On Tuesday, 27 June 2023, in the evening at around 22:00, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Miežonys–Pašuliai–Pravieniškės regional road (kilometre 14), a Volvo V70 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
