On Monday, 25 September 2023, in the afternoon at 15:47, in Mažeikių district municipality, on the Tirkšliai–Bugeniai regional road (kilometre 2), a Renault Megane Scenic rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed.
