On Sunday, 22 October 2023, in the evening at 22:01, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 20.10), a DAF TE95XF registered in Poland ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the DAF (20 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
