On Tuesday, 2 July 2024, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street near No. 82, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Clio, a Mazda 6, a Skoda and a BMW 3ER Reihe. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Renault (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
