On Monday, 8 July 2024, in the morning at 8:20, in Rokiškio district municipality, on Pandėlio street near No. 2A, at a railway crossing, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Toyota RAV4 and a Scania. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Toyota (34 years of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He was drunk (2.65‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
