On Wednesday, 17 July 2024, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Klaipėda, on Debreceno street near No. 94, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 5 and a Citroen C1. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Mazda (34 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.67‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
