On Sunday, 25 August 2024, at night at 1:23, in Pakruojo district municipality, on J. Basanavičiaus street near No. 4, a Yamaha hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. Two people were injured — a 24-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient) and the 16-year-old driver of the Yamaha (hospitalized).
