Drunk, unlicensed Toyota Corolla driver runs off the road in Pauslajo village
On Saturday, 24 August 2024, in the evening at around 21:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, Pauslajo village, a Toyota Corolla ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.42‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
