On Monday, 14 October 2024, in the afternoon at 15:25, in Telšių district municipality, Vertelių village, on the Užventis–Tryškiai–Viekšniai national road (kilometre 17.30), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Faun and a Volvo FH. No one was hurt in the accident.
