On Saturday, 19 October 2024, in the evening at around 18:00, in Alytaus district municipality, Žaunieriškių village, on Nemuno street near No. 35, a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who violated cargo-transport rules. He fled the scene.
