On Friday, 10 January 2025, in the evening at 18:35, in Kauno district municipality, Jonučių village, on J. Lukšos street near No. 12, an Opel Astra Station Wagon hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 19-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway in a built-up area outside a crossing where there is a median strip. He was drunk. The driver was sober.
