On Sunday, 21 April 2013, in the evening at 20:10, in Kaunas, on Tymo street near No. 14, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a 021 11254 and a Nissan Primera. Two people were injured — the 21-year-old driver of the 021 (treated as an outpatient) and a 19-year-old passenger of the 021 (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the 021, who failed to choose a safe speed and entered the oncoming traffic lane. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
