Drunk, unlicensed Niva SK-5 tractor driver hits a pedestrian in Juškonių village
On Thursday, 8 August 2013, in the afternoon at 14:13, in Anykščių district municipality, Juškonių village, a Niva SK-5 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
