Unlicensed BMW driver hits a parked Audi and flees on Energetikų g., Visaginas
On Wednesday, 28 August 2013, in the afternoon at 14:07, in Visagino municipality, on Energetikų street near No. 18, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
