On Thursday, 19 September 2013, in the evening at 20:17, in Kaunas, on Kanklių street, at the junction with P. Kalpoko street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 16-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 16-year-old pedestrian, who was walking at night without reflectors (light, hi-vis vest).
