Drunk Renault driver runs off the road on the Papyvesiai–Krinčinas–Gulbinėnai road
On Monday, 23 September 2013, in the morning at 5:23, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Papyvesiai–Krinčinas–Gulbinėnai regional road (kilometre 13.26), a Renault Laguna registered in France ran off the road. Two people were injured — a 39-year-old passenger of the Renault (hospitalized) and a 41-year-old passenger of the Renault (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Renault (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.24‰ blood alcohol).
