Drunk, unlicensed motorcyclist flees after hitting a pedestrian in Vyžių
On Thursday, 26 September 2013, at night at 23:04, in Šilutės district municipality, a 2-PR-15 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 46-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the 2-PR-15, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
