On Friday, 11 October 2013, in the evening at 20:21, in Kretingos district municipality, Darbėnų town, on Skuodo street, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the BMW, who entered the oncoming traffic lane.
