Opel Vectra and another car crash on the Tetervinai–Kiemėnai road
On Sunday, 17 November 2013, in the evening at 20:54, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Tetervinai–Kiemėnai regional road (kilometre 7.24), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a horse-drawn cart and an Opel Vectra. Two people were injured — a 4-year-old passenger of a horse-drawn cart (hospitalized) and a 12-year-old passenger of a horse-drawn cart (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 28-year-old cart driver, who committed cart driving at night or in poor visibility without reflectors on the cart or sleigh. Both drivers were sober.
