On Monday, 25 November 2013, in the evening at around 20:00, in Vilnius, on Lentvario street near No. 7A, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 32-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. A 32-year-old pedestrian was drunk. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
