On Friday, 13 December 2013, in the morning at 9:40, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl., at the junction with Jovarų street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT 105XF460, an Opel Insignia Sports Tourer SW and a Schmitz SCS 24/L. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the DAF (19 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
