On Sunday, 15 December 2013, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kaunas, on Kuršių street near No. 1, at the junction with Žemaičių pl., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 120 and a Subaru Impreza. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the BMW (15 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
