On Wednesday, 25 December 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kauno district municipality, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta k. pusė) national road (kilometre 38.60), a Temsa Safari hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Temsa (38 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
