On Thursday, 2 January 2014, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on 9-ojo Forto street, at the junction with Maironiškių street, a Volvo S80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volvo (11 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
