On Saturday, 11 January 2014, in the morning at around 9:00, in Klaipėda, on Švyturio street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz V230, a Honda Civic and a Lexus IS 300. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober.
