On Thursday, 23 January 2014, in the afternoon at 14:20, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. near No. 9, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Skoda (3 years of driving experience), who exceeded the speed set by traffic rules or road signs and failed to choose a safe speed.
