On Tuesday, 28 January 2014, in the afternoon at 16:04, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Baltijos pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo FH12.380 and a Ford KA. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Volvo (13 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
