On Tuesday, 11 February 2014, in the evening at 21:32, in Kaunas, on Varnių street near No. 48b, a Mercedes-Benz 124 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (a citizen of Latvia) (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence.
