On Saturday, 15 February 2014, in the morning at around 6:00, in Vilnius, on Justiniškių street near No. 14c, a Citroen Xantia rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.17‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
