On Thursday, 27 February 2014, in the morning at around 7:00, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr. near No. 59, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Xsara Picasso and a Skoda Yeti. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Citroen (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
