On Thursday, 27 February 2014, in the afternoon at 14:55, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on Gedimino street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Multivan and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Multivan, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
