On Wednesday, 26 February 2014, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Plungės district municipality, on Sinagogų street, at the junction with J. Tumo-Vaižganto street, a Volkswagen Passat hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 72-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient).
