Unlicensed Mosca moped driver in crash with Mitsubishi at Šiaurės g. and Rokantiškių g., Vilnius

On Friday, 14 March 2014, in the afternoon at 14:51, in Vilnius, on Šiaurės street, at the junction with Rokantiškių street, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Mosca and a Mitsubishi Space Star. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Mosca, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
