On Thursday, 24 April 2014, in the morning at 7:15, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street near No. 2, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat (3 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
