On Wednesday, 30 April 2014, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on Tunelio street, at the junction with Radvilėnų pl., a collision with a bicycle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra and a bicycle. One person was injured — a 38-year-old cyclist (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 73-year-old driver of the Opel (33 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
