On Thursday, 8 May 2014, in the evening at 21:52, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street near No. 22, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a TGB and a Mazda 626. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the TGB (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
