On Friday, 23 May 2014, in the evening at 19:38, in Utenos district municipality, on Donelaičio g. near No. 17, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Buxy and an Aprilia. Three people were injured — the 14-year-old driver of the Peugeot (treated as an outpatient), a 15-year-old passenger of the Aprilia (treated as an outpatient) and the 16-year-old driver of the Aprilia (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
